There is no key. Close the door behind you. If you would like a later out, ask — its often fine.

Is breakfast included?

No, but each room has a kitchenette with a fridge and Nespresso machine for self-catering.
What are the check-in and check-out times?

Self check-in from 3pm; checkout by 10am. There’s no key — just close the door behind you.
Is a deposit required?

Yes. A 25% deposit holds a single room (50% for the whole wing), with the balance due a week before you arrive.
What’s the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in. Cancellations made after that, but before check-in, receive a partial refund. For The Whole Wing, cancellations within 5 days of arrival forfeit the deposit instead.
Can we book the whole property for a golf trip or wedding?

Yes — The Whole Wing gives you exclusive use of all 4 rooms (up to 8 guests), with a 2-night minimum. We're not licensed as an events or reception venue, though.
How close is the golf course?
O’Grady Lodge borders Wainui Golf Course — the clubhouse and first tee are about 1.1km away. Wainui has an 18-hole championship course plus the 9-hole Orchard course, and will host the 2027 NZ Women’s Open.
