We reply with availability and a total. A 25% deposit holds the room; the balance is due a week before you arrive. 50% deposit holds the whole wing.
Codes and directions
An email with your door code, the driveway description and a photo of where to park. Nothing to print.

There is no key. Close the door behind you. If you would like a later out, ask — it's often fine.

Is breakfast included?

No, but each room has a kitchenette with a fridge and Nespresso machine for self-catering.
What are the check-in and check-out times?

Self check-in from 3pm; checkout by 10am. Early check-in on request — if the room is ready sooner, we’ll message you. There’s no key — just close the door behind you.
Is a deposit required?

Yes. A 25% deposit holds a single room (50% for the whole wing), with the balance due a week before you arrive.
What’s the cancellation policy?

Rooms: free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in. The Whole Wing: free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival; after that the 50% deposit is kept, and cancellations within 24 hours of check-in are non-refundable.
Can we book the whole property for a golf trip or wedding?

Yes — The Whole Wing gives you exclusive use of all 4 rooms (up to 8 guests), with a 2-night minimum. We're not licensed as an events or reception venue, though.
How close is the golf course?
O’Grady Lodge borders Wainui Golf Course — the clubhouse and first tee are about 1.1km away. Wainui has an 18-hole championship course plus the 9-hole Orchard course, and will host the 2027 NZ Women’s Open.

No, sorry — we’re not able to accommodate pets, aside from service animals such as guide dogs.
